We offer a 100% refund or a replacement item shipped to your door free of charge if there is a mistake on our end. This applies to the following:
- Your item is damaged. If your product is defective or doesn't work properly, let us know and we'll send you a replacement one.
- You receive the wrong item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 30 days after receiving them, to exchange it for another item in the store or receive credit from the store only (if items are in perfect condition) . No refunds are offered in these cases. Refunds will only be offered if the product has been received in poor conditions.

Important: Please take care to choose the correct item (color, model, quantity, etc.) as we cannot refund you if you make an incorrect order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to our warehouse in Canada for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important: If you are shipping an item(s) over $50, we recommend you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
